    Forsati, is a joint initiative by ThinkSmart in partnership with Microsoft, to help pave the way for Top Bahraini Graduates and help equip them with the skill set needed to become one of the next Future IT Leaders of Bahrain. This structured program, was carefully developed by Microsoft, aligned with its global skilling initiatives for Jobseekers. Since the launch of the initiative, we have joined hands with key strategic sponsors, enabling the success of the program and linking Bahraini Individuals with corporates.
